Hi Metalheadz

Here we finally go again. We´re about to head off for our new "Carved In The Road" tour, featuring our brand new album "Carved In Stone", which is, with your help, already a big success for us. Thanx to everyone and we hope to see you personally in the next weeks to blast the new songs live through your ears! We start right after Easter next week, go over Scandinavia first, then turn around and hit southern Europe first, before we travel further through most European territories, we probably stop even near to you, so check our "Dates" section immediately!

We designed a completely new stage outfit, suiting to the new album, that gonna be put to scenery by our long-year light tech Jürgen Schmitz. Responsible for all sound and technical things is again our "forth member" Charly Czajkowski, stage and backline service is done again by Sascha Schwulera, so, never change a winning team. Our brand new merchandise is presented to you once more by our merch queen Jenny, theres gonna be some special items among it. Next to all kinds of different clothings, we´ll have a CD/DVD version of the new album plus a limited vinyl edition, collectors item! Besides we offer a very interesting new Mind Odyssey Best Of album by Victor, including bonus material, which also features Andrè & me, and a limited number of "RAGE skulls", a cast from a real human skull from my collection, handmade by myself (incl. original-certificate), skull collectors, take care!

We´ll be joined by two very interesting support acts, firstly Edenbridge, Austrian metal with brilliant female vocals, plus the Russian band Freakozaks, progpower metal, which will give their debut on this tour, that´s value for money.

Not only a pleasure for the ears but also for the eyes will be a guest appearance by vocal queen Jen Majura, who already supported us on our new album, don´t miss her!

27.03.08 - 1. DAY OF TOUR - KOPENHAGEN - DK

Kopenhagen/The Rock.... In the evening, we meet us in Hamm at our studio for depature. Spontaneously, our webmaster Joe and his girlfriend Susanne get on the bus, to join us for Kopenhagen. Unfortunately the Freakozaks didn't arrive, as they had enormous visastress in the forefront. The German aliens department saw danger to come, suspecting the guys of illegal employment, holding back their ok for entry up to the very last moment, although we brought in all desired papers, inclusive accreditation of the great-great-great-grandparents maternal side of the cousin of the bass player (already in November), certainly in triple copy. So finally, the boys get the longed for stamp today, and had to get real expensive, self financed tickets to fly to Kopenhagen. You really get inrage of these desktop studs, who we even have to finance with our tax.

Anyway, we started our tour and clink glasses with the Edenbridgers. All fellow passengers are very cool and easy going, that's looking like having a relaxed tour. In Kopenhagen, our bus driver Volker can demonstrate his ability in shunting the bus, as he has to bring our double-deck nightliner inclusive trailer through the very small alleyways of the old city to the "The Rock" club, a real masterstroke! Hats Off!

Then, the common "first day stress" starts, which fortunately doesn't get out of hand, our guys are just profis, so with a little delay we started. All bands did a great performance, the fans have real fun and a great evening.

Unfortunately, our mood was besmirched by the news, that the promotor of the show in Mariestad in Schweden has cancelled the tomorrows gig. Actually, we dont know the detailed reason, any unforeseeable problems, anywise, we are helpless and angry. We are sorry for the fan there, who were looking forward to the show as we did. Hopefully, they throw light into that, anyway, it's not up to us, we are here, and we are straining to play. Great shit! Furthermore, that situation brings some logistical problemes, so we debate what to do. We have to stay anywhere, tomorrow.....

28.03.08 - 2. DAY OF TOUR - VASTERAS - S

Vasteras.... Unintentionally "Day off" in Vasteras, Schweden. Fortunately, the boys of the club, in which we are going to play tomorrow, are so kind, and bestow us a car park and power supply for the bus, without we would have been in a fix. So we run to seed the nice day, view the city and hang out in the club at the evening, where Psychopunch gave a concert.

29.03.08 - 3. DAY OF TOUR - VASTERAS - S

The show becomes powerful and funny. Also the other two bands go down well at the swedish fans, and so we start our journey back to our homeland satisfied.

30.03.08 - 4. DAY OF TOUR - DAY OFF

However, we first have to stop for half a day in Kopenhagen, as our busdriver has to abide his respite. We get a small hotel for getting a shower, slep, and walk through the nice old town of Kopenhagen. At the evening we carry on our journey for Hamburg....

31.03.08 - 5. DAY OF TOUR - HAMBURG - D

Hamburg/Markthalle.... In Hamburg, everything runs according to schedule, except the circumstance, that there is a building lot at the parking area, and we lose 45 minutes until we can start unloading. Super, after all time stress, which unfortunately is to account of the Freakozaks. Anyhow, they are on stage at the evening on time, where they get respectable reaction to their set of the numerously visitors of the Markthall. The formation doesn’t exist very long, all the amazing, how the guys perfectly confident and on highest technical level play their progmetal. The floor is bouncing! Stylistic absolutely comparable with  Dream Theater, the guys even have recorded a studio production with Dream Theater singer James Labrie lately, also producing their debut album with Dream Theater soundman Kevin Shirley, so there is a certain relationship in positive sense recognizable. You shouldn’t miss them. Also Austrias finest, Edenbridge, have a successful set.

As we enter the stage at 10 p.m., there’s a wave of enthusiasm, everything is vociferously singing along from the very first note, so all present enjoying a fantastic first gig in Germany. To our satisfaction, our set goes down well, eventually we have tried out a lot at the set list. Certainly, we introduce our new material, keeping amply space for a retrospect into our history. We've inserted some delicacies from early works, which functioning optimally, so "Under Control", combined with the solo part of "Seven Deadly Sins" is kicking ass, also super, how Andrè is interpreting the song, there you realize, that he's a real metaller from all his heart. Euphoricly but exhausted, I get some infos regarding the daily settlement (that's my additional job on tour) by our booker Schrörg, who has visited us at the show in Hamburg. Then we go for Bochum....

01.04.08 - 6. DAY OF TOUR - BOCHUM - D

Bochum/Zeche.... Playing "at home" is scheduled pretty early on this tour, also on a Tuesday. Fortunately, that didn't make any harm for the concert, and so numerous of fans flocked to the Zeche to widness a memorable and sweat-soaking gig. The atmosphere is phänomenal from the first note, sure, the "Ruhries" didn't splashed out themselfs. Heaps of friends are there, for example our former gitarero Manni Schmidt and Alf Meyerratken (from the first Avenger line-up!), who obviously have fun, watching their old companion (I mean myself) blustering the stage.

We're totally happy about the fantastic reactions regarding our new material, which is picked up like our classics, and which dovetail seamlessly. An absolute highlight ist Jen Majura, how she's performing "Lord Of The Flies" and "Dies Irae" together with us. Visually and vocally in in top shape, she's bestowing the music a complete new dimension by aditional harmonies and by her wonderful colour of voice, therefore it's worth to come!

After the fans have shouted us into the ground during our singing-along-medley, where we restage our popular songs in a new form, and after we've added a copious encore (where we overrun the curfew easily), we stagger tuckered out and wet, as pulled out of a sea, into our backstage room. See you next time, guys!

02.04.08 - 7. DAY OF TOUR - PARIS - F

Paris/Nouveau Casino.... Let's go for Paris, where we arrive in time. The loading situation is as chaotic as every time, but our crew is handling that with no sweat. Nevertheless, I have to organise thousands things, i find some time for a quick visit at the "Pere Lachaise" cemetery, which is just around the corner, and where I go for photo safari. I should present compliments from Jim Morrison (he's buried there).

The show goes off in a small but packed premises, Edenbridge goes down well with their mixture, their hard riffing combined with Sabines expressive voice is liked by the france fans, who prefer more highbrow and technical versed material. So best cards for us, and the ebullient, enthusiastic reactions to our show let us run up to top form. Charly conjured a fantastic, transparent and hard sound, which is enormiously powerful and which convey all details of our songs super.

Victor has real fun by that many "air guitar" playing fans, who are interprating every note and every squeak of his solo infront of him, as they have learned all his guitar parts memorised. Something like this is even stimulating him more, and so he made a super-performance, that the attendant crowd rubb their eyes. Belief it or not, but this new tour solo was conseived by Victor just one week before tour start. The solo is enormously difficult, as he, full Zappa-like, plays on a piano melody (surely played by himself) in breathtaking speed across all keys. Guitar player, you should have a look at this solo! Quite possible, that here's already a work for Victors next solo album. After the show we continue easy-going, south direction.

03.04.08 - 8. DAY OF TOUR - TRAVEL DAY

The free day we spend on the highway first, and then a few hours in a small hotel near Bordeaux, where our driver has to take his rest. We do diverse errands, or rather writing this tour report for you...

04.04.08 - 9. DAY OF TOUR - MADRID - E

Madrid/Caracol.... In Spain, the summer has already begun, and so we enjoy the day at 25°C, walking through the streets, while our crew set up the stage. Unfortunately, everything has to be set back a bit, as the local PA system is not functioning partially. So Charly 'McGuyver' got his hands full, to get the stuff running halfway. Unfortunately, one side of the system malfunctioned again and again during the show, so the sound is narrowed for the fans temporary. Fortunately, that doesn't make any harm to the super atmosphere in the packed hall, and so it becomes a super evening for all present. Also, Jen Majura has her hands full with the merchandise, the guys bombarding her stall. Actually, she find out a funny phenomenon, namely, seasoned men buying tank top girlie shirts, not only that, but they also putting them on! Certainly, that looks real curiously.

05.04.08 - 10. DAY OF TOUR - BILBAO - E

Bilbao/Rock Star Live.... There's also nice weather in the Basque region, and so I borrow the bicycle from our busdriver Volker, and cycle through the mountainous region, real great, so I lose time, and due to the cooling airstream I didn't recognise, how the sun burns my pate. Fortunately, Jürgen is staging us optically well, so my red pate wasn't noticed at the show. Jürgen has designed a super stage, accordingly to the motto of the new albums kept in stone, with the soundchaser, throning above Andrès drum-dreadnough. Looking real great, together with all the light specials, especially on the large stage here. The show become real hot tonight, and so the packed club developes to a sauna. Wet all over and plummed tuckered out we shlepping us into our changing room, after celebrating our songs together with the fans abundantly, real great.....

06.04.08 - 11. DAY OF TOUR - BARCELONA - F

Barcelona/Razzmatazz 2.... Again at last in Barcelona, I always looking forward for that. Sure, at noon my buddy Fran is coming for a visit. After we bequeased him some merchandise items for his fan shop, I drive with him and his missis to the district Terassa, to visit this shop. There, several fans were waiting, and so a spontaneously autograph hour came up. Sure, that these boys and girls are in the front row at the show in front of my micro later on, and we outdo each other in doing the best/worse grimaces. As we were here last time, we had power supply problems for 45 minutes, fortunately that didn't happen tonight, so we can bring our set trouble-free with full power on stage. With the traditional "oleoleoleole" singings we bid farewell to the Katalanes, looking forward for meeting again....

07.04.08 - 12. DAY OF TOUR - TRAVEL DAY

Today we first enjoy our off day in a small village at the sea. If I wouldn't be so tired, I would like to.... but I think, I remain in bed, let's see, what the others are going to report.....

08.04.08 - 13. DAY OF TOUR - MARSEILE - F

Marseille/Jas Rod.... Here, the place given is imprecise, we are quite a few kilometers away from Marseille in a small village named Pennes Mirabeau. The organizer is a metal club from Marseille, and the guys are more then strived, to give us a nice day, so we enjoy an excellent catering here, from this site many thanks again. After the sound check, I'm again breezing through the area with Volkers bike, thereby, I am recognized by arriving fans, and so my short tour is stopped again and again by asking for photos and autographs, real funny. Unfortunately, the sound equipment of the club is undersized, so the sound leaves some to be desired today, but fortunately that doesn't make any harm to the atmosphere.....

09.04.08 - 14. DAY OF TOUR - PIACENZA - I

Piacenza/Fillmore.... Italy, that means abstinece regarding breakfast for us. As always, the organizer ignore our catering rider, and so we once again are provided with a meagre and poor meal, well, we know that and didn't expect more. Although, the dinner is ok. The club is real large (unfortunately not the backstage area) and the sound equipment is also damnd good. So we celebrate a great show together with the numerous of Italien fans, a great atmosphere. As the advance booking was quite poor ,we didn't expected that, but it's thumping great at the box office. Strangely, the stage is decliviously forwards, so everything rollable has to be equipped with brakes, so that for example the guitar speakers doesn't roll into the audience. Also for us it's kind of freaky, you have to concentrate for balance during head banging and walking around some more, for not to fall on the nose. Actually, everything's great, but......

10.04.08 - 15. DAY OF TOUR - FLORENCE - I

Scheduled day of show in Florence.... Unfortunately, there's an important Uefa cup football match in Florence, the located AC Florence is going to play against the PSV Eindhoven. That wasn't predictable while planning this show, anyhow, that has upset the plans of the local promoter. As the city is in football fever, all other events are fading into the background, the promoter isn't expecting many guest for the RAGE concert, and so he cancelled the show without much ado. What a bitch! Not only we are sorry for the fans, who still wants to see us (unfortunately we are helpless! this decision is only in response of the promoter). Making matters worse, we now have the problem, where to stay now. So we're getting out the computer, looking for a hotel. We decide to drive into the direction Vienna, so we don't have to drive that far next day.

Linz would be quite good, for one thing, the distance to Vienna is only 3 hours, for another thing, the Edenbridge are living there, so they can do an intermediate stop at home. Fortunately, we find a comfortable, adequate hotel, and so we spend a mild spring off day at the Danube.

Unfortunately, the problems are not past. As mentioned in my introduction, the boys of the FreaKozaks had mega stress with the aliens department, anyhow, there are lots of problems with their visa, and whether one wants to or not, they have to leave us at the middle of the tour. Real bothering, as they are now missing most of our German shows. We can spend our off day by endless phone calls and eMails, eventually, everything has to rebooked at all, flights, hotels etc. Furthermore, we're trying to find replacement for the Freaks for some of the concerned shows. We keep you informed.....

11.04.08 - 16. DAY OF TOUR - Vienna - A

Vienna/Szene.... The super weather follows us further on, so the sun is shining against us. With pleasure we are here in Vienna, already since the 80ies we've played here regulary, winning several good friends during the years. One of them is Micha Hirtzy, who is organizing the event today. Accordingly easy and stressless everything goes ahead. In the garden behind the Szene, we've arranged some tables and seats, and all are dining and chatting as in a garden party. Jenny's getting her eagerly desired Punschkrapferln, a speciality from Vienna, being totally happy now. Only the ant colony, which got lost in our backstage room, and which deemed my suitcase well for a adequate place to stay, could diminish the mood, but that I will recognize in the late evening first, while leaving. But before, a real awesome show passes off, while we're speeded up to maximum power by the abundantly celebrating fans. Oh man, that was fun, this evening I surely will keep in my memory for a good while. Drenched, we're taking a shower, celebrating a little party before leaving Vienna.

12.04.08 - 17. DAY OF TOUR - PLZEN - CZ

Plzen/KD Serikovka.... After I already fished out ants out of my luggage for half an hour at the evening before, lots of the small animals remaind with me, and so I can carry on hunting them. Amazing, where they are hiding, even out of the board of my laptop they come out every few minutes. By the way, the critters are extremely bothersome in the underwear. With the concert, everything runs perfectly as well, already in the afternoon, the first fans welcome us. They were even coming from Poland, where we don't play this time. Only our crew boys are not happy with the stage hands, actually they're trying their very best, but they should have better get some more athletic men, and not 15 years old boys. Anyhow, they don't get our heavy equipment moved, so our boys have to drag everything by themselves, that's increasing the muscles, I wouldn't like to mess myself with Charly. The show is becoming great, and the packed club is rocking with us until we all are bushed.

13.04.08 - 18. DAY OF TOUR - BUDAPEST - H

Budapest/Wigwam.... This will be the last gig for our Kosaks, so we all watch their show, their song "Comfort Me" will remain in my ears. Also our show goes down well at the Hungarians, anyhow, I have to admit, that I'm really looking forward for the coming off day, I'm a bit exhausted meanwhile, and I have that feeling, that I could sleep while walking. Late at night, we bring the Freakosaks to the Budapest airport, they're awaiting a long journey back. That's really too bad, that they cannot stay, my best thanks to them for their everlasting good mood. After abundant farewell we continue our journey.

14.04.08 - 19. DAY OF TOUR - TRAVEL DAY

Offday in Linz.... Here we are again. But this time in a hotel in the city (not better but more expensive). Never mind, we sleep like world champions, just interrupted by a small dinner for all, which we're partaking at the Greek around the corner, at least, it's the middle of tour today.

15.04.08 - 20. DAY OF TOUR - WÜRZBURG - D

Würzburg/AKW.... We're finally in Germany again. At lunchtime, my fossil buddy Bernd visits me, and he brought some nice surprises from his last excavation tour around Würzburg area. So we talk shop the whole afternoon. Actually, the AKW isn't a real Metal club, and so the local PA equipment is totally undersized for our demands. Accordingly, the sound is beneath contempt - just bearing with ear plugs, what's actually not beneficial for the concert also. Anyhow, we're making the best out of this situation, making every effort, raising up a good atmosphere. I came down with a slight cough, which fortunately doesn't disturb me while singing. Anyhow, I directly go to bed after the gig, to cure that as quickly as possible. That was the right decision, as I come to know next day, that there was a escalated party in the tour bus at night.

16.04.08 - 21. DAY OF TOUR - NÜRNBERG - D

Nürnberg/Hirsch.... Wow, today the hart has belled mightfully! After a relaxing day with only two bands, there's more time for everything, and in the evening, a concert, worthily to keep in memory, goes down in the traditional club of Nürnberg. In the packed hall, we and the Franconian fans are dandling each other to record. Our set is functioning magnificently, one banger chevies the other, until we all are leaving the battle ground plummed tuckered out and happy at the end. Thanks guys, hopefully again soon! And the caravan is continuing on.

17.04.08 - 22. DAY OF TOUR - HANNOVER - D

Hannover/Musikwerkstatt.... In the afternoon we were startled up by a mega music thunder at the parking area of the Musikwerkstatt. Tim Reimer with his Metal Beast tuning car ha s come, to demonstarte his bullet (we have told you about in a news). Today, our friends from Seventh Avenue join us, to support us tonight and for some more shows. As the guys are at home here, it's not surprising, that they sweeping the board in the hall. Their straight power metal is also real compatible with the music taste of our fans, and so they can chalk up a big plus, specially singer Herbies came across real sovereign.

At the latest at their version of „Run To The Hills“ the drops has been suck. Andrè spontaneously agreed, doing a guest performance at one of their next concerts, I'm curious about it. Also for us it becomes a great show, and we live down the boring show from last year easily. At tall hours, we have a couple of glasses with our former SPV promoter Mirko who visited us in our bus. We invite him, to join us up to the next venue, but just before starting, he changed his mind, leaving us swayingly. OK, sleep well.

18.04.08 - 23. DAY OF TOUR - BAD SALZUNGEN - D

Bad Salzungen/KW70.... Super weather in the east of the republic, great, so I leap onto the bike, getting some movement. It's a good while ago, we have been here, so far I can remember, it was in 1999, and we came with a very young Finnish support band named Nightwish (hehe, yes, the very one), earning their first live-spurs on that tour... long time ago. Despite of the long break, the fans haven't forgotten us, and so we play a great set, by the way, again with 7th Avenue as the third band, in front of the east Germany fans, who painting the town, anyhow, at late hour, we can see lots of alcoholized guys, falling through the spot, skoal!

19.04.08 - 24. DAY OF TOUR - MEMMINGEN - D

Memmingen/Kaminwerk.... Today we are guests at our friends of Rockabend concerts, Meggie Schneider and his well-tried team have done many shows with us in the last 20 years, and so we feel real homelike again. The "Kaminwerk" is also a great club, great stage and great backstage area with lots of space. Today, we are supported by the Dezperadoz as the third band, a trio around our old friend Alex Kraft (Onkel Tom), who are playing a real cool wild west metal. It's their first show with this line-up, nevertheless, they're playing a great show, firing up the gang in the packed hall powerfully. Alone the patters and announcements of Alex are a special show, Helge Schneider says hello! We also play a super show, the Allgäu mountains are waggling. For sure, this gig is one of the tour highlights! We love to come back....

20.04.08 - 25. DAY OF TOUR - LUDWIGSBURG - D

Ludwigsburg/Rockfabrik.... To Hasche, the former Running Wild drummer and long-term chief of the Rofa we always like to come. So we're gabbing almost half the day and time is flying by. Outside, there are lots of car tuners, Victor met on the Nürburgring last years, with their highly tuned up cars. All three bands (the Dezperadoz are with us again) doing a great performance, and it's becoming a entertaining and funny evening. Only late at night, after several drinks, we continue our journey, tomorrow we have an off day...

21.04.08 - 26. DAY OF TOUR - OFF DAY

Offday in Pratteln.... in Switzerland, where we move into the Etap hotel beside the Z7. We sleep till all hours, visiting Norbert and the Z7 crew in the evening. Saschas wife has arrived with a grill and lots of meat, and so we're celebrating, having a tasty barbecue. Norbert, chief of the Z7 and former Ruhr area citizen, is totally happy while eating a original fried sausage from the Saarland area, it's becoming a long evening....

22.04.08 - 27. DAY OF TOUR - PRATTELN - CH

Pratteln/Z7.... The Z7 is a "coming-home-stop" on every tour, meaning, here it's always familiar and relaxing. The crew is happy about perfect working conditions, they are well attuned with the local crew, the equipment is finest and the stage makes a complete show possible, logically, we're going to film everything, material for coming tour docus. Everybody enjoys the excellent catering, the washing machine is running from dawn till dusk, and all are funny anserine. The Desperados are supporting us again, firing up the packed Z7. We're also playing a great show, having lots of fun with the genial mooded Swiss guys. As we're having another offday next day, the evening is becoming quite late.

23.04.08 - 28. DAY OF TOUR - OFF DAY

Offday in Pratteln.... Up to the late afternoon I stay in bed, after that I visit a gravel pit nearby, looking for fossils, joining the others at the Z7 later on. We watch the Marillion anniversary show there, which acts with the former original drummer plus project band, enjoying some beers....

24.04.08 - 29. DAY OF TOUR - COLMAR - F

Colmar/Le Grillen.... After 3 days of rain in Switzerland, the sun welcome us in France, more precisely, the Elsass. The perfect invitation for me to cycle, so I discover the area. The club is pretty small, so it become narrow and hot in the evening, the mood is super, and the frensh fans celebrating the show together with us. Nice gig....

25.04.08 - 30. DAY OF TOUR - SPEYER - D

Speyer/Halle 101.... The nice weather stays with us, and so the day starts real relaxed. A bit too relaxed for our crew boys. Unfortunately, the local technician dawdling unnesecarry time while building up the equipment, so we all are late, ithere's little time left for everybody at dinner. Nevertheless, it's packed at night and all 3 bands (the Desperados are there again) performing a great show on stage. No special incidents....

26.04.08 - 31. DAY OF TOUR - VOSSELAAR - B

Vosselaar/Biebob.... We continue our journey up to Vosselaar in Belgium, into the real grufty Biebob club. Here, it always smells moldy, and as always, we're getting chicken for food, that's why we call him "chickenbob". Fortunately, the weather is super, and so I'm spending half the day by cycling. The show is getting hot and wet. Slowly but surely the first symptons of fatigue are getting perceivable, not on stage, but after the show I'm feeling exhausted. I go to bed immediately, and so I didn't realize anything from the journey to England.

27.04.08 - 32. DAY OF TOUR - LONDON - UK

London/Underworld....

Only in London I wake up, and after inspecting the real belowground (as well the location as also figuratively) Underworld, I could have skipped waking up. The venue is not more as a filth booth flavoured by piss, typical for English clubs. That's how the Rock´n´Roll is running here, you don't have to expect any catering. Fortunately we're getting a "Buy Out", and so we all go to Mc Donalds, having breakfast there. Our crew takes the technical realities with humor, however, the frequent intervalls of power blackouts are not so amusing for our amps. Edenbridge even have to play their last 4 songs with half of the equipment. Anyhow, the venue is packed and the atmosphere is fantastic. We mobilise all reserves, firing up a killer show, which is honored enthusiasticly by the fans. Thanks to all, was real fun. After that venue we stay in a hotel, actually that's what I need now.

28.04.08 - 33. DAY OF TOUR - OFF DAY

Offday in London.... We sleep in well, and then, we all discover London, some do shopping in Camden, I spent the day in the Natural History museum, marveling all the many saurian skull mountings and more. In the evening, we leave for Germany, the last turn....

29.04.08 - 34. DAY OF TOUR - FULDA - D

Fulda/alte Piesel.... The old Piesel is actually a Rock club outside of Fulda, and so we alighting in-between farms and fields, it's smelling after dung, and it seems, that the "The Lord Of The Flies" is living here anywhere, et least, we are covered by his children.... Victor is looking for hot water half the day, real strange, do they wash themself with cold water here??? Nevertheless, we'll getting food and drinks again, and so everything is running it's experianced way, we are well-rehearsed meanwhile. I meet my old buddy Eric, who's a member of Mekong Delta, a prog-precursor-band, which I also joind in the 80ies. Eric is working as a local technician for us today. My best regards to the boys. Noboddy could imagine, that fans would find this place here tonight, but it's finally packed and we bomb down our set. The people like it, but merely the shouts „undress, undress" of a few guy to Andrè are irritating us, how should we interpret this?

As Andrè lend itself to comply with that, preconditioned, the shouters put before, nothing happen. Cowards... As we leave after loading, Volker has forgotten to put his bike into the trailer. He has chained it between bus and trailer at the drawbar. After a few minutes, Jürgen remember that, but unfortunately, the wheels are already damaged, shit, that was the end of my bike excursions...

30.04.08 - 35. DAY OF TOUR - OSNABRÜCK - D

Osnabrück/Hyde Park.... The sun is shining, and so I go on by foot into a quarry, near by, where I discover some pices, coming back with some carbon-fossiles. Today, Volker, our busdriver, is leaving us. He's living near by, and he's prefering to celebrate the 1st of May together with his girlfriend. Our new driver is Mike, who's a quiet and funny guy, so welcome on board! We find that's no trouble playing the gig, it's fun. After our show, Frank Albrecht from Rock Hard magazine is DJ at the club, playing Metal of all shades, sure, that we have some drinks...

01.05.08 - 36. DAY OF TOUR - PIRMASENS - D

Pirmasens/Quasimodo.... Today, one of the local promoter is Pit, the brother of Andrès girlfriend, so everything is going on real familial, sure, beside his clanship, also Saschas family is visiting us, and so, all are bustling around. Pit is also editor at the „Schweres Metal“ magazine, and he's handing us over a prize for the "album of the month". His parents bringing along a very excellent soup, which tasting Victor real good. At the evening, a mega show is starting, and we're rocking together with the packed Quasimodo, until we all are pooped. Victor asks the audience, why we havent visit this club before, nowboddy knows, but in future, we'll be here for sure, what a great audience...
